FAQ

How do I book a maternity session?

It's easy! Simply complete the form at the bottom of this page, I'll then send through my price guide and we can discuss dates and what you envision for your photos.

Do you offer maternity and newborn package?

Yes I do! Please let me know in your enquiry if you are interested booking both sessions. Costs are show in my pricing guide.

Can I include my partner/children in this session?

Absolutely!

This is a wonderful way to help your kids and partner feel at ease with the camera—and with me—before your little one arrives. After all, they’re such an important part of your story!

And if you have fur babies, they’re more than welcome to join in too! I’m a huge animal lover and would love to include them in your session.

when should I book my maternity session?

Ideally, it's best to reach out during your second trimester to secure your session. I recommend scheduling it between 28-32 weeks for a single pregnancy or 26-30 weeks if you're expecting twins. This timing ensures you're feeling comfortable while beautifully showcasing your bump!

what should I wear to my photo session?

Your outfit should reflect your personal style and make you feel beautiful. Flowy dresses, fitted dresses that highlight your bump, or even a cozy oversized knitted sweater can all look stunning. Soft, neutral tones and textures photograph beautifully and keep the focus on you.

4 tips to help you get the most from your photos

tip #1

Pregnancy is a time filled with excitement, anticipation and love. Let those emotions shine! Whether it's laughing with your family, a quiet moment of reflection, or simply embracing the beauty of your journey, the most powerful photos come from being present and letting yourself feel.

tip #2

Choose a location that feels right to you. Whether it’s the comfort of your home or a beautiful golden hour beach session, pick a location where you feel most relaxed.

The more comfortable you are, the more natural your photos will feel.

tip #3

One of the things I tell mums before a session is don't spend hours trying to get your kids to behave for photos. The goal isn't to make your kids look like they're having their photo taken. It's to get them to be themselves so they forget the camera's there.

tip #4

You don't need to know how to pose. If you're feeling nervous about not knowing what to do in front of the camera, then just know i have your back. I don't expect you to know how it works and I most certainly am not there to judge. I create a space where you feel comfortable like we are old friends and if something doesn't feel like you, we'll simply change it.

If you're ready to document this chapter of your story, I would love to create something meaningful with you.
